TERMS OF SERVICE

My terms of service can change at any point in time, including when you have already purchased goods and services from me.
By purchasing any of my goods and services, you automatically agree to my terms of service.LAST UPDATED: 7/22/25
THINGS THAT EFFECT MY WORK:
- I am currently enrolled in a full-time degree. This may affect my turnaround time. I will always update everyone in my queue by either a direct automated message or through an update on my Trello if progress is delayed.- I am a human; things can be delayed due to an unlimited number of circumstances. If you do not want to take the risk of commissioning me due to an unforeseen delay in the turnaround time, then do not commission me.
NEED TO KNOWS:
- I have the right to decline any commission, whether it follows my terms of service or not.- I own the rights to my artwork just as much as the customer does. If I want to use a customer's art piece that they commissioned from me, I will be able to use it for self-promotion on any of my platforms.- Private commissions are allowed and need to be discussed with me before I start the commission. (Private commissions: Customer would like me to not post the commission to my accounts for self-promotion for any reason.).- The customer has the right to use their commission for anything they would like to use it for. This includes: profile pictures, personal galleries, wallpapers, and backgrounds. Anything not mentioned in this bullet can be discussed; more likely than not, it is okay.- Commercial use of my artwork is strictly prohibited. The customer may not use their artwork that they have obtained from their commission to gain any amount of money. This includes: Any item that displays the customer's commission being placed for sale. This excludes: If a customer is reselling a design/character that happens to have my artwork attached to the character, and the artwork's price needs to be added to the design/character's overall worth.
WHAT I CAN DO:
- OC's- Fanart.- Humans.- Anthropomorphic creatures (Furry's).- Mecha and weapons.- Over-complicated designs.- Designs/logos.
WHAT I WON'T DO:
- Any form of NSFW.- Hate art.- Pedophilia, incest, or heavy amounts of gore.- Fetish artwork.- Extremely detailed backgrounds.
HOW TO COMMISSION ME:
- I will post when my commissions are open on Twitter (X) and Toyhouse. The posts there will have all the information you need to proceed if you are interested.- I open commissions every month at least twice. Once at the beginning of the month and once at the end of the month.- If you are interested in a commission I am not currently offering, you are welcome to private message me on my Discord to see if I am willing to take on more than I already have (Know that this comes with risks of later turnaround times).
THE PAYMENT PROCESS:
- After securing your spot in queue, you will send the specified payment amount to my PayPal in full before I start work on your commission.- There will be a specified time when I will start the commissions. I work in batches. Normally, I give a week of grace period before I start the commission batch, which gives the customer ONE WEEK to send the specified amount to my PayPal before I start work.- If nothing about an extended grace period was discussed, or the customer misses the due date to send payment, they will be booted off my queue and will be given a ONE-MONTH ban from commissions.
THE ART PROCESS:
- If the customer does not specify a certain aspect of their commission, I will take on artistic liberties.- After payment has been received, I will send the customer a sketch of the commission they have purchased. The customer is allowed an UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF EDITS to the commission at this point in time.- After I have lined and completed flat colors, I will then send that to the customer. The customer is allowed UNLIMITED COLOR EDITS to their piece at this point in time.- After shading and details are completed, the commissioner is allowed NO EDITS to their piece after this point.- The customer will receive a transparent version, a background version. For animated pieces, if they wish to receive all frames of the piece individually, they must specify before the completion of the project.
